We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, product availability issues, or other reasonable concerns exist.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, colors, materials, compatibility information, and pricing accurately.

Because carbon fiber, leather, Alcantara, stitching, and other materials may vary naturally, minor differences in appearance, texture, weave, or color are not necessarily defects.

Vehicle manufacturer names and trademarks displayed on this website are used only to identify compatibility. PUREYEMAN Performance is an independent aftermarket brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by vehicle manufacturers unless expressly stated.

3. VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including make, model, year, chassis, trim, market, and relevant steering wheel configuration.

For Custom Build orders, customers are encouraged to provide a clear photo of the original steering wheel so compatibility and functions can be reviewed.

If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, please contact us before ordering.

4. READY-TO-SHIP PRODUCTS

Ready-to-Ship products are sold in the listed configuration.

Customization options are not automatically included with a Ready-to-Ship purchase unless specifically stated.

Availability is subject to inventory.

5. CUSTOM STEERING WHEELS

Custom Steering Wheels are produced or configured according to customer-selected specifications.

Custom options may include materials, colors, stitching, center stripe, carbon finish, displays, heating, paddles, or other functions.

Some special functions may require additional confirmation or quotation before production.

Once production has started, cancellation or changes may be limited.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Product prices and paid upgrade prices are displayed on the website where applicable.

Shipping charges, taxes, VAT, customs duties, import fees, or other destination-based charges may be calculated separately or charged by third parties.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before fulfillment.

7. SHIPPING

Shipping and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Custom orders require production time in addition to shipping transit time.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom products are subject to different return conditions from Ready-to-Ship products because they are produced or configured according to customer specifications.

9. SAFETY AND INSTALLATION

Steering wheels are vehicle control components.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Installation, wiring, airbags, buttons, heating, paddle systems, and other vehicle functions must be handled correctly and in accordance with applicable vehicle and safety requirements.

Customers should stop installation and contact us if compatibility or functionality is uncertain.

PUREYEMAN Performance is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, accidents, or installation that does not follow appropriate vehicle procedures, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Content on this website, including PUREYEMAN branding, original text, graphics, photographs, designs, and website materials, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Third-party vehicle names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policies outside our reasonable control.
